excellent carepresidential suiteprofessional staffhelpful bellboy
vesna and marko gave us excellent care . we were upgraded to the presidential suite. we also booked another room for the children. every staff member was highly professional, from the bellboy and concierge to the spa masseuses and pool attendants.
the room was a bit smaller than shown in the photos.

breakfast choicesin-room coffeewooden hangersfriendly staff
the breakfast choices had plenty of options and also included a menu of cooked items. i found a tiny supermarket across the street , made buying milk easy for the in-room coffee. wooden hangers were provided in the large wardrobes which helped accommodate my over packing. the staff were especially wonderful and friendly .
I wish the hotel included corkscrews in the rooms. It was a minor inconvenience to request someone open a bottle.

my room was located in the newer building and featured comfortable beds with super clean housekeeping. shower gel, shampoo, and hand wash were all provided as amenities in the spacious bathroom. a coffee pod machine and kettle were available for making hot beverages in the room.

the piano bar offered lovely cocktails and a selection of bar food throughout the day. sensus restaurant also provided an excellent dining experience. there is convenient beach access with sunbathing. sunbathing and swimming in the adriatic sea were easily accessible from the beach deck

the location was great for walking into town it took about ten minutes. breakfast was excellent the staff worked very hard to please.
the room looked at a wall it was quite near the window it felt a bit claustrophobic. housekeeping was poor one day we returned from a trip to find dirty coffee cups from the morning and the beds poorly made.
